On 10 November 2017 the liquidator of Gunnedah Rural Health Limited (In Liquidation) executed a business and assets sale agreement with Mackellar Care Services Limited following approval from Federal and State Government Health Departments. Mackellar will operate the Gunnedah Rural Health Center henceforth and have committed to the original objectives of the Centre including the provision of a range of allied health services to the Gunnedah community.
The sale proceeds will facilitate a full return to all creditors of Gunnedah Rural Health Limited (In Liquidation).
